Thank you for choosing Naad to begin your journey to holistic well-being.
May we take this opportunity to familiarize you with our wellness center’s policies to ensure that all our guests are comfortable in their quest to improve their health and lifestyle.
- Check-in time is 12:00 noon, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Guests must be above the age of 18 to check in. However, we welcome teenagers between the ages of 14 and 18 if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Guests between the ages of 14 and 18 require the written consent of their parent or guardian to access certain facilities and treatments, which can be obtained during check-in.
- Medical Policy: Ladies are advised to plan their trip avoiding dates close to their menstrual cycle, as no major therapies can be conducted during that time.
- In order to maintain a tranquil ambiance and ensure our therapies have a lasting impact, we do not permit non-resident guests to visit guests in residence. Moreover, we strongly advise that guests do not leave the wellness center during the duration of their stay.
- For your comfort, all our guests are provided with a kurta-pyjama which can be worn at all times during your stay. Kindly provide your indicative size for this attire – XS, S, M, L, or XL.
- Naad does not offer cross-gender massages.
- Swimwear is not provided or retailed at Naad. Guests are requested to bring their own swimwear if they wish to use the pool.
- Naad is strictly an alcohol and tobacco-free wellness center. We do not permit the carrying or consumption of alcohol and tobacco products anywhere on the property, including in rooms.
- Smoking in the room or any public area will incur a housekeeping charge of Rs. 5000.
- In alignment with your well-being objectives, all your meal plans, including refreshments, shall be overseen by our resident Ayurvedic and Naturopathic physicians. We do not serve tea, coffee, or non-vegetarian foods at our restaurant, nor do we permit outside food on the property.
- Naad does not offer room service. Guests are requested to visit Ãhãra, our restaurant at the lobby level, for all meals, beverages, and refreshments.
- The use of cell phones is not permitted in the treatment zones or public areas. Guests are requested to restrict their cell phone, tablet, and laptop usage to the privacy of their rooms.
- Guests are asked to be mindful of the privacy of others on the property while taking pictures.
- Pets are not permitted on the property.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- All government taxes are charged additionally and will be levied as per the applicable charges during your stay.
- All confirmations are subject to the receipt of an advance at least 15 days prior to check-in.
- For bookings made less than 15 days prior to arrival, the advance must be received within one working day of making the reservation, or else the reservation will be automatically released.
- There will be no charge for cancellations made more than 15 days before arrival.
- 7-15 Days before arrival: 50% of the full amount shall be charged.
- 0-6 Days before arrival: 100% of the full amount shall be charged.
- No show & early check-out: 100% of the full amount shall be charged.
- The center does not charge any retention for amendments made more than 15 days prior to arrival. However, amendments requested within 15 days of arrival will incur a 1-night charge.
- Credit/Debit card cancellations will incur an additional 5% charge.
- If you provide a credit card at the time of booking, your room will be held until the following day of arrival, up to the check-out time. For all other reservations, rooms are held until the cancellation time specified in your reservation.
- Your credit card will be kept on file to guarantee your reservation.
- Naad Wellness reserves the right to ask any guest to check out for violating any of the above policies.
